Miss Corey:
Miss Corey was born in Upstate New York and began dancing and performing at a young age. She studied ballet at modern at Skidmore College before moving to Oakland, California where she studied at the Shawl-Anderson Dance Center. In the Bay Area Corey discovered a love of modern release style and gymnastics. She had the opportunity to perform with Raisa Punki in Punki-Co’s production of Pick Cells. In addition to her work in dance, Corey is also an accomplished fire dancer. (And yes, she spins real fire!) Best known for her groundbreaking work in fan manipulation, Corey has taught workshops from Kiev, Ukraine to Portland, Oregon and everywhere in between. Miss Corey is a certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor. Corey’s passion for dance is fueled by inspiring creative minds and bodies. She has lead NYPAC’s Dancers to Platinum & XTreme Gold Medals at both Regional and National Competitions in Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical & Acro. Miss Corey's Choreography for "Start Your Engines" won the highest award, the XCallibur Trophy in the Spring 2017. Her Teen and Senior Soloists both won the top overall titles in recent competitions. ​Miss Corey's Jazz & Lyrical Choreography won The Golden Ticket to The World Dance Championship in 2022, 2023 & 2024 and she also received the Jazz Excellence Award. She is very excited to be teaching at NYPAC for her 11th year this fall.

Miss Becky:
Miss Becky grew up in the small historic town of Owego, NY, where she began dancing at the age of 3. As a student of dance, she has participated in numerous dance competitions such as the United States Tournament of Dance national competition, where she placed second overall as Miss Dance of the United States. She was also selected to be on the United States Dance Team, and participated in and was crowned Miss Dance of New York as well as achieving many other dance titles, throughout her career. She decided to further her dance career after graduating from high school as she attended The College at Brockport. While at Brockport, Miss Becky was a member of the college dance team and took classes with choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio and Shane Sparks. After graduating from Brockport with a dual major in arts for children and dance, she was presented with the opportunity to tour with "Sesame Street Live", across the United States. Miss Becky's awesome choreography has won Platinum & XTreme Golds in Regionals & Nationals with NYPAC in Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary & Jazz. She has also won the prestigious award of the Most Entertaining Choreography in 2016. Miss Becky's choreography won a Golden Ticket and a spot at the World Dance Championship in 2022. She is excited to share her love and knowledge of dance with the students at NYPAC for her 12th Year this fall.

Miss Heather
Miss Heather started dancing at the age of 3 at a small studio in Marlboro, NY and has trained in several different styles of dance. She was a member of the Advanced Dance Company at Newburgh Free Academy throughout her high school career, with whom she had the honor of performing in Disney World among other venues and at various charity events. She received her BA in dance from Hunter College where she studied ballet and modern dance. While at Hunter, Heather was one of five dancers chosen to restage works by choreographer Merce Cunningham under the direction of several renowned Cunningham dancers. She also had the opportunity to take classes with previous Trisha Brown and Jose Limon Company members, as well as several Broadway performers. Miss Heather's Sparklette Girls Competition Team won the highest awards at Power of Dance Competition in 2021. Miss Heather's Lyrical & Contemporary choreography won a Golden Ticket to the World Dance Championship in 2022, 2023 & 2024. and her Acro Quad won a place in the Beyond the Stars Nationals in 2025! She is so excited to share her love and knowledge of dance with the students NYPAC for her 8th year.

Miss Keala
Miss Keala has been training as a dancer since she was three years old due to encouragement from her mother who was a professional dancer and dance teacher. She started dancing with a highly competitive team at the age of eleven and continued training with that studio in ballet, jazz, breaking, hip hop, and popping. She was trained by Quinell Dixon in Krump, Marc Cleary in Hip Hop, B-Boy Juice in breaking, and Omeed Simmatob from The Body Poets in popping. She also studied dance at her high school for four years where she served as head dance captain. Miss Keala continued to assistant coach and assistant choreograph for the dance and performance team for three years; while continuing to teach in local studios. She has competed and taken her teams to World's Hip Hop International, Showstoppers, Jump!, Buildabeast, and TSC. She has trained at various studios such as Culture Shock, Millennium, and ImmaSpace. Miss Keala has won many top awards and honors for her hip hop & contemporary choreography at NYPAC, including the pretigious Choreography Award and Entertainment Awards. She has won 3 Golden Tickets for her Large Group's and the overall highest scores for solos and duos throughout the years.  Miss Keala's Petite Hip Hop Group was our very first ever Top 5 Winners in the World this past summer! She is excited to be starting her 7TH year teaching competitive & recreational hip hop & contemporary with us!

 Miss Jackie

Miss Jackie began her dance training at age three with Stagelite Centre of Performing Arts in Pequannock, New Jersey. There she studied ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and contemporary and started competing at the regional and national levels by age six. Jackie went on to study at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She graduated in 2012 with honors, receiving a B.A. in Dance and Theatre. While at Muhlenberg, Jackie had the opportunity to study under Karen Dearborn, Charles O. Anderson, and Corrie Franz-Cowart, while performing in many faculty and student concerts. She also had the pleasure of choreographing several modern and ballet pieces of her own for the student concerts and was a member of the Copasetic Rhythm tap group. In the summer of 2011 Jackie worked as an intern at Dance Place in Washington, D.C. with Carla Perlo and Deborah Riley. She continues her education and performance in New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Jackie wants to share her passion for dance and the arts with all of her students. Her lyrical choreography won a Golden Ticket to the World Dance Championship in 2023. Miss Jackie will be teaching many different styles of dance this year, competitive, recreational and company levels, for her 4th year at NYPAC!

Miss Nani
Miss Adrianna, also known as "Miss Nani", started her dance career when she was just 4 years old at New York Performing Arts Center!  Miss Nani was moved up to the NYPAC company when she was just 6 years old! Miss Nani has moved up in each company level, making her way up to the highest level, the Senior Xtreme Team and was also part of the first ever Junior Xtreme Team when she was 11 years old. Miss Nani was also on the very first Petite Competition Hip Hop Team at NYPAC too.  She has performed at Lincoln Center twice and has won the Xcalubur award 3 times along with 1st overalls in many competitions! Miss Nani was awarded many acting and dancing lead roles throughout her years at NYPAC such as one of Santa’s elves, a lead Wind up doll, Olafina, The Chinese Queen, A wishing star, The train conductor, and most recently the Sugar Plum Fairy! As an up and coming actress, she has also appeared in films such as Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler, Manifest, Rise, Happy, Dead of Winter, back to school commercials and many more!  Miss Nani was the 2020-2021 Miss NYPAC and choreographed the Opening Production for over 100 dancers for the "Don't Stop Believing" Outdoor Recital! Miss Nani was chosen as a NYPAC protege when she was just 8 years old and she was a teaching assistant her Junior year in high school. Miss Nani's hip hop choreography won a Golden Ticket to the World Dance Championship in 2022 & 2024 and she competed at the World Dance Championship with the NYPAC Kickline Team. Her lyrical & hip hop choreography made it to the Dance Nationals in 2025, placing her dances as overall high scores in the whole country! Her solos, duos and trios have won top awards competitions around the tri-state area. Miss Nani graduated from Mount Saint Mary's in 2025 and was the Captain of the Dance Team there. She is so excited to be teaching for her 4th year at NYPAC.

Miss Olivia
Miss Olivia is a NYPAC alum who trained under the direction of Miss Cyara & Miss Jackie from 2009 through her high school graduation in 2017. She is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a BFA in Dance, a BFA in Musical Theater, and a Dance Studio Administration Minor. Miss Olivia holds certifications from Acrobatic Arts, Dance Cirque & SAFD in Armed and Unarmed Stage Combat. Olivia’s training includes Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Kickline, Hip-Hop, Musical Theater, Voice, Modern, Contemporary, Ballroom, and Screendance! She has coached and choreographed for musicals, Summer Performance Academies, Competitions, Sweet Sixteens quinceañeras, and weddings. During her time at the studio, she was a protegé, the 2015 Miss NYPAC, and was able to choreograph the NYPAC Opening Production and two of her own competition solos. She performed as Maria in a West Side Story Broadway Recital, Elsa in Frozen, and held classic leads such as the Russian Princess, Clara, The Snow Queen, and The Sugar Plum Fairy. As a competition choreographer, her dancers have won top overall placements, high adjudications, special judges' awards, and scholarships. Last year, Miss Olivia’s “Come Fly with Me” received an Elite Platinum, 1st Overall in First Call & the 2025 Highest Score of the Day at Applause Talent Competition. She is delighted to be returning to her NYPAC family for her 4th year, teaching all ages, levels, and styles! 

Miss Audrey

Miss Audrey was born and raised in Cornwall on Hudson and has been dancing since the age of 2. Throughout her career, Audrey has invested her time in professional training throughout New York City. She is a 2021 graduate from Broadway Dance Center’s Independent Training Program and has studied at the American Ballet Theatre under the instruction of Ethan Brown and Suzanne Goldman. After graduating from NYPAC in 2019, Audrey continued to train professionally in kickline and precision technique with current and former Radio City Rockettes including Rhonda Malkin, Katie Walker Henein, and Sarah Hoge. During the competition season, Audrey tours the country on a production crew with OneBeat Dance Brands. She is excited to be back at NYPAC teaching her favorite styles: ballet, kickline, jazz, and contemporary! 

Miss Bri

​Miss Brianna, "Bri "has been dancing at New York Performing Arts Center since she was 5 years old.  She was on our competition team and over the years, she has placed with multiple routines and was Top 5 in the world for her kickline routine. She has performed at Lincoln Center and won multiple Xcallibur awards and golden tickets at competitions.  She has performed in styles such as hip hop, contemporary, acro, tap, kickline, jazz in heels and lyrical. Her favorite part about dance is being able to perform and inspire younger dancers. She had the honor of getting picked to have an acro duet, solo and trio throughout her dance career.  She was the Jr. Miss NYPAC in 2019-2020 where she performed as Clara in the Nutcracker.  With this opportunity, she learned the characteristics of being a leader, having responsibility and being a role model.  Miss Bri's solo choreography won top awards in 2024 for contemporary, acro and hip hop. She is very excited to continue teaching for her 2nd year this fall and for this teaching opportunity, following in the footsteps of generations before her.

Miss Monique
Monique grew up doing gymnastics, dance, and competitive cheerleading. She went off to college at Rutgers University where she got a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Her first year of college, she started coaching gymnastics which in the end led her to teach Acro! Monique's passion for teaching flourished quickly and before she knew it, she was the head of the Acrobatic department for multiple studios throughout New Jersey and eventually in New York. Not only does she teach Acro, but she specialize in contortion, flexibility, & stretch. She couldn’t imagine her life without dance or any of the talented dancers and people she's met along the way. Miss Monique's acro choreography took the NYPAC Jr & Sr Team to the World Dance Championship in 2023 as well as many overall high scores and accolades.  Miss Monique is a new mom to future dancer, Lily! Monique is looking forward to the future and to creating an amazing Acro experience for the dance world and you!

Miss Meadow
​
Miss Meadow has been dancing since she was 2 years old. She was trained by studio owners Miss Cyara and Miss Jackie! Meadow has received numerous amounts of lead roles in NYPAC Nutcrackers including Santa's Elf! She has also received lead roles for recitals including Pumba, the tumbling tumbleweed and the human cannonball! Meadow has also had the honor of dancing with NYPAC at the prestigious Lincoln Center in NYC. Meadow has won numerous adjudications at dance competitions and special judges awards for showmanship, acrobatics, and more, even winning the Excalibur award with her acro team! Meadow has competed with solos' duos, trios and group numbers for many years! Meadow has developed such a love for tumbling and acro dance which she then developed a love of competitive cheerleading and game day cheer!  Meadow was quickly asked to try out for Varsity cheer in her eighth grade year of middle school where she excelled!  Meadow was head Varsity captain of her cheer team for 2 years and is hoping to return to her hometown HS to be cheer coach in the future! Not only does Meadow love to tumble herself but also loves to teach other dancers the skills and confidence to reach their goals. Miss Meadow has helped assistant teach this past fall & Spring season under the direction of Miss Corey & is looking continuing to work with our competitive acro team.  

Miss Emily R.

Miss Emily is a dancer/actress/choreographer from Orange County New York. She has been dancing for as long as she can remember. She is a graduate of SUNY Oswego with a certification and degree in Childhood Education with an arts concentration. She choreographed, performed in, and organized numerous dance productions throughout her time in college. Her two favorite styles are Contemporary and Fosse. Emily loves to teach dance as it is an incredible creative outlet and form of expression. She hopes to inspire her dancers to be their best selves, while providing them with a safe space to grow, and learn. She believes that there is a place for everyone in the dance world and is excited to help spread her passion for performing and creating to the dancers at NYPAC.

Miss Summer
​Miss Summer has been dancing since she was 2 years old in a small town in Dutchess County. She started her dance career at Rhinebeck Dance Center where she primarily focused on Tap and Jazz. She performed with Tap City on Broadway in NYC at the age of 9 years old with a tap performance team named The Metrognomes. This team included herself and 3 boys from her dance company that spent hours a day perfecting their unison in rhythm tap and technique in tap dance. Along with her tap career, she did competition dance for many years in many different styles. This is when she fell in love with hip hop and joined Dream Studio Dance and Movement in Red Hook NY. In her high school years, she performed in the school musicals and helped choreograph some of the dance numbers. Miss Summer graduated Mount Saint Mary College in 2024 where she was the captain of the MSMC Dance Team for 3 years, dancing alongisde of Miss Nani. Her passion for dance has made her fall in love with teaching young dancers the importance of creativity and emotional freedom with the overall happiness you feel when dancing to music. She is so excited to start her first year teaching at NYPAC!

Miss Meghan

Miss Meghan has been dancing for 13 years and has spent the last 8 years competing. Her dedication and talent have earned her the honor of competing and performing at Lincoln Center, Beyond the Stars Nationals, The World Dance Competition, and the Rising & Shooting Star Challenge. During the 2022–2023 dance season, Miss Meghan was crowned Miss Jr. NYPAC, where she had the incredible opportunity to perform as Clara in The Nutcracker. For the upcoming 2025–2026 season, Miss Meghan has been proudly selected as Competition Captain, a role that recognizes her leadership, passion, and commitment to her team. She is trained in a wide variety of styles, including hip hop, lyrical, ballet, contemporary, jazz, heels, and kickline. Throughout her time at NYPAC, Miss Meghan has been a dedicated protégé to younger dancers, offering mentorship both in and out of the studio. She has also contributed behind the scenes, working in the office for the past year to help support studio operations. Miss Meghan is passionate about being a positive role model and is thrilled to share her love for dance with the next generation of performers. Her enthusiasm, experience, and leadership make her a valued part of the NYPAC teaching team.

Miss Kariana

Miss Kariana has been dancing since she was 2 years old and has danced competitively since she was 9 years old. Miss Kariana has danced in many solos, trios, and group dances and will be performing a duet with her sister this year! She has performed at the World Dance Championships and recently placed 5th in the nation for her hip-hop routine at the Beyond The Stars Nationals! Miss Kariana has experience and training in ballet, jazz, kickline, hiphop, contemporary, and lyrical. She has also worked backstage at many NYPAC recitals and is considered a wonderful role model at NYPAC. Her biggest goal this season is to increase the confidence in herself and the students around her. She has made so many special friendships and memories from joining NYPAC and met some of her best friends. When she’s not at the studio, she loves hanging out with friends, going to the beach, and baking at home. Miss Kariana is so excited to meet all of her new students and share her passion and love of dance with them! 

Miss Chloe

Miss Chloe has been dancing at NYPAC since she was 8 years old, and began competing in middle school. She has had the opportunity to perform at The World Dance Championship and Beyond the Stars Nationals, competing with her kickline and jazz in heels teams. Miss Chloe has competed in numerous solos, duos, and trios throughout her dance career and held the title of Miss Junior NYPAC in 8th grade. This title allowed her to play Clara in the NYPAC Nutcracker, one of many lead roles that helped to shape her as a dancer. She also held the title of Protege Captain this past year, coordinating with teachers’ helpers and assisting in teaching classes herself. This role taught her a lot about responsibility and leadership, skills she will utilize this coming year. Miss Chloe has worked backstage at many NYPAC recitals, leading classes of younger dancers both on and off the stage. After many years of training and assisting the teachers at NYPAC, Miss Chloe is so excited to teach her own classes  this year, and is so grateful for the incredible opportunity to inspire the younger dancers in our dance family!

Miss Emily K.

Miss Emily started dancing at New York PAC at the age of 5. Joining the competition team at 9 years old, Miss Emily has performed many group dances, solos and trios. Some group dances even making it to the World Dance Championship for three years in a row. Recently, her hip hop team placed 5th in the nation at the Beyond The Stars Nationals! Miss Emily has trained in jazz, hip hop, tap, contemporary, kickline, and lyrical. She has learned what it takes to be a role model throughout years of being a protege and assistant teacher. Miss Emily loves to see dancers grow and build their confidence. Her favorite thing about dance is doing what she loves with her best friends, and making new memories. She has played many lead roles including Barbie in the 2024 recital and Lady Gaga in the 2023 recital. Emily was crowned Miss NYPAC for the 2025-2026 season and couldn’t be more excited to be teaching her own classes after many years of training under Miss Cyara, Miss Jackie and the teachers at NYPAC.
