Miss Corey
Miss Corey was born in Upstate New York and began dancing and performing at a young age. She studied ballet at modern at Skidmore College before moving to Oakland, California where she studied at the Shawl-Anderson Dance Center. In the Bay Area Corey discovered a love of modern release style and gymnastics. She had the opportunity to perform with Raisa Punki in Punki-Co’s production of Pick Cells. In addition to her work in dance, Corey is also an accomplished fire dancer. (And yes, she spins real fire!) Best known for her groundbreaking work in fan manipulation, Corey has taught workshops from Kiev, Ukraine to Portland, Oregon and everywhere in between. Miss Corey is a certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor. Corey’s passion for dance is fueled by inspiring creative minds and bodies. She has lead NYPAC’s Dancers to Platinum & XTreme Gold Medals at both Regional and National Competitions in Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical & Acro. Miss Corey's Choreography for "Start Your Engines" won the highest award, the XCallibur Trophy in the Spring 2017. Her Teen and Senior Soloists both won the top overall titles in recent competitions. Miss Corey's Jazz & Lyrical Choreography won The Golden Ticket to The World Dance Championship in 2022, 2023 & 2024 and she also received the Jazz Excellence Award. She is very excited to be teaching at NYPAC for her 11th year this fall.

Miss Becky
Miss Becky grew up in the small historic town of Owego, NY, where she began dancing at the age of 3. As a student of dance, she has participated in numerous dance competitions such as the United States Tournament of Dance national competition, where she placed second overall as Miss Dance of the United States. She was also selected to be on the United States Dance Team, and participated in and was crowned Miss Dance of New York as well as achieving many other dance titles, throughout her career. She decided to further her dance career after graduating from high school as she attended The College at Brockport. While at Brockport, Miss Becky was a member of the college dance team and took classes with choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio and Shane Sparks. After graduating from Brockport with a dual major in arts for children and dance, she was presented with the opportunity to tour with "Sesame Street Live", across the United States. Miss Becky's awesome choreography has won Platinum & XTreme Golds in Regionals & Nationals with NYPAC in Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary & Jazz. She has also won the prestigious award of the Most Entertaining Choreography in 2016. Miss Becky's choreography won a Golden Ticket and a spot at the World Dance Championship in 2022. She is excited to share her love and knowledge of dance with the students at NYPAC for her 12th Year this fall.

Miss Heather
Miss Heather started dancing at the age of 3 at a small studio in Marlboro, NY and has trained in several different styles of dance. She was a member of the Advanced Dance Company at Newburgh Free Academy throughout her high school career, with whom she had the honor of performing in Disney World among other venues and at various charity events. She received her BA in dance from Hunter College where she studied ballet and modern dance. While at Hunter, Heather was one of five dancers chosen to restage works by choreographer Merce Cunningham under the direction of several renowned Cunningham dancers. She also had the opportunity to take classes with previous Trisha Brown and Jose Limon Company members, as well as several Broadway performers. Miss Heather's Sparklette Girls Competition Team won the highest awards at Power of Dance Competition in 2021. Miss Heather's Lyrical & Contemporary choreography won a Golden Ticket to the World Dance Championship in 2022, 2023 & 2024. and her Acro Quad won a place in the Beyond the Stars Nationals in 2025! Miss Keala
Miss Keala has been training as a dancer since she was three years old due to encouragement from her mother who was a professional dancer and dance teacher. She started dancing with a highly competitive team at the age of eleven and continued training with that studio in ballet, jazz, breaking, hip hop, and popping. She was trained by Quinell Dixon in Krump, Marc Cleary in Hip Hop, B-Boy Juice in breaking, and Omeed Simmatob from The Body Poets in popping. She also studied dance at her high school for four years where she served as head dance captain. Miss Keala continued to assistant coach and assistant choreograph for the dance and performance team for three years; while continuing to teach in local studios. She has competed and taken her teams to World's Hip Hop International, Showstoppers, Jump!, Buildabeast, and TSC. She has trained at various studios such as Culture Shock, Millennium, and ImmaSpace. Miss Keala has won many top awards and honors for her hip hop & contemporary choreography at NYPAC, including the pretigious Choreography Award and Entertainment Awards. She has won 3 Golden Tickets for her Large Group's and the overall highest scores for solos and duos throughout the years. Miss Keala's Petite Hip Hop Group was our very first ever Top 5 Winners in the World this past summer! She is excited to be starting her 7TH year teaching competitive & recreational hip hop & contemporary with us!

Miss Jackie
Miss Jackie began her dance training at age three with Stagelite Centre of Performing Arts in Pequannock, New Jersey. There she studied ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and contemporary and started competing at the regional and national levels by age six. Jackie went on to study at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She graduated in 2012 with honors, receiving a B.A. in Dance and Theatre. While at Muhlenberg, Jackie had the opportunity to study under Karen Dearborn, Charles O. Anderson, and Corrie Franz-Cowart, while performing in many faculty and student concerts. She also had the pleasure of choreographing several modern and ballet pieces of her own for the student concerts and was a member of the Copasetic Rhythm tap group. In the summer of 2011 Jackie worked as an intern at Dance Place in Washington, D.C. with Carla Perlo and Deborah Riley. She continues her education and performance in New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Jackie wants to share her passion for dance and the arts with all of her students. Her lyrical choreography won a Golden Ticket to the World Dance Championship in 2023. Miss Jackie will be teaching many different styles of dance this year, competitive, recreational and company levels, for her 4th year at NYPAC!

Miss Nani
Miss Adrianna, also known as "Miss Nani", started her dance career when she was just 4 years old at New York Performing Arts Center! Miss Nani was moved up to the NYPAC company when she was just 6 years old! Miss Nani has moved up in each company level, making her way up to the highest level, the Senior Xtreme Team and was also part of the first ever Junior Xtreme Team when she was 11 years old. Miss Nani was also on the very first Petite Competition Hip Hop Team at NYPAC too. She has performed at Lincoln Center twice and has won the Xcalibur award three times, along with first overalls in many competitions, and competed at the World Dance Championship. As an actress, she has also appeared in films such as Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler, commercials, short films and many more! Miss Nani was the 2020-2021 Miss NYPAC and choreographed the Opening Production for over 100 dancers for the "Don't Stop Believing" Outdoor Recital! Miss Nani was chosen as a NYPAC protege when she was just 8 years old and she was a teaching assistant her Junior year in high school. Miss Nani choreographed the NYPAC's Disney Dance team, which performed on the Finding Nemo stage at Walt Disney World in 2025. Miss Nani's hip hop choreography won a Golden Ticket to the World Dance Championship in 2022 & 2024. Her lyrical & hip hop choreography made it to Nationals in 2025 & 2026, placing her dances as overall high scores in the whole country! As well as winning 8 choreography awards for her contemporary and hip hop routines in 2026. Her solos, duos and trios have also won top awards competitions around the tri-state area. Miss Nani graduated from Mount Saint Mary's in 2025 and was the Captain and Head Choreographer of the Dance Team. She is so excited to be teaching for her 4th year at NYPAC.

Miss Summer
Miss Summer has been dancing since she was 2 years old in a small town in Dutchess County. She started her dance career at Rhinebeck Dance Center where she primarily focused on Tap and Jazz. She performed with Tap City on Broadway in NYC at the age of 9 years old with a tap performance team named The Metrognomes. This team included herself and 3 boys from her dance company that spent hours a day perfecting their unison in rhythm tap and technique in tap dance. Along with her tap career, she did competition dance for many years in many different styles. This is when she fell in love with hip hop and joined Dream Studio Dance and Movement in Red Hook NY. In her high school years, she performed in the school musicals and helped choreograph some of the dance numbers. Miss Summer graduated Mount Saint Mary College in 2024 where she was the captain of the MSMC Dance Team for 3 years, dancing alongisde of Miss Nani. Her passion for dance has made her fall in love with teaching young dancers the importance of creativity and emotional freedom with the overall happiness you feel when dancing to music. She is so excited to start her first year teaching at NYPAC!

Miss Emma
Miss Emma started dancing at New York Peforming Arts Center in 2008, and up until her high school graduation in 2020. She attended Illinois State University where she studied Recreation and Sport Management, and was a member of the Gamma Phi Circus, the oldest collegiate circus in the country. She had the opportunity to train various styles of dance including ballet, lyrical, jazz, kickline, and acro while training at NYPAC. She was on the competition team and was part of award winning dances earning Xcaliber awards and first place overall scores. She served as the NYPAC protege captain in 2017-2018, and she was given the honor to serve as Miss NYPAC for the 2019-2020 season! During her time performing with the Gamma Phi Circus, she had the opportunity to choreograph for the troupe and perform for over 18,000 people! She also had the opportunity to create aerial acts and perform both dance and aerials at Callaway Resort and Gardens in 2024. She is looking forward to teaching at NYPAC this summer and fall!

Miss Alexa
Miss Alexa grew up as a competitive gymnast, dedicating most of her life to training and competing. Throughout her career, she earned multiple state and regional titles, building a strong foundation in strength, discipline, and performance.
After her competitive career, Miss Alexa transitioned into coaching, where she developed a passion for mentoring young athletes and helping them grow both in skill and confidence. One of her proudest accomplishments was helping coach her team to a state championship victory. Miss Alexa is excited to join the NYPAC family this summer and looks forward to teaching acro and tumbling to dancers of all levels, inspiring each student to build confidence, strength, and a love for movement.

Miss Meghan has been a dedicated member of the NYPAC dance community for 13 years and has spent the last 8 years competing at a high level. In addition to her extensive training and performance experience, she has also spent the past year teaching and sharing her passion for dance with young performers. Her commitment, leadership, and strong work ethic have provided her with opportunities to perform and compete at prestigious events and venues, including Lincoln Center, Beyond the Stars Nationals, The World Dance Competition, and the Rising & Shooting Star Challenge. In the 2022–2023 season, Miss Meghan was honored to be crowned Miss Jr. NYPAC, a title that led to the opportunity to perform the role of Clara in The Nutcracker. For the 2025–2026 season, she was selected as Competition Captain, recognizing her leadership, sportsmanship, and dedication to her teammates and the studio. Miss Meghan is extensively trained in hip hop, lyrical, ballet, contemporary, jazz, heels, and kickline. Beyond her own training and performance experience, she has spent years mentoring younger dancers, serving as a positive role model both inside and outside the studio. She has also worked in the NYPAC office, assisting with daily operations and gaining valuable insight into the behind-the-scenes aspects of studio life. Miss Meghan is passionate about helping dancers grow in both skill and confidence. She is excited to share her knowledge, enthusiasm, and love of dance with the next generation while fostering a positive, encouraging, and inspiring learning environment.

Miss Kara started dancing at the age of 3. Joining NYPAC at the age of 8, Miss Kara has performed many group dances, solos and duets. Some group dances have even made it to the World Dance Championship for 3 years in a row. She also has had the opportunity to dance at Nationals 2 years in a row. Miss Kara has placed 3rd in the world with Xtream Kickline in 2023 and 5th in the nation with Xtream Hip Hop in 2025. Miss Kara has trained in a wide variety of styles including jazz, hip hop, tap, heels, ballet, contemporary, kickline, and lyrical. Her favorite part of dancing is creating new memories while doing what she loves with her closest friends. Throughout her years as an assistant teacher and protégé , she learned what it takes to be a role model. Miss Kara loves to watch dancers develop and gain confidence in themselves. After years of training under Miss Cyara, Miss Jackie, and the amazing teachers at NYPAC, she is thrilled to be teaching her own classes and meeting her new students!

Miss Vanessa
Miss Vanessa has been dancing for 15 years now, from the age of just 3 years old! She has been competing for the last eight years and has performed with many groups, her duet, and her solo. She even had the opportunity to dance at the World Dance Championship several times, along with Beyond the Stars nationals. Recently, in 2025, her hiphop routine placed in the top 5 at Beyond the Stars Nationals Ultimate Challenge. This November, Miss Vanessa has been chosen for an amazing opportunity where she will be performing with her team just before the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall! Miss Vanessa has trained in many different styles over the years, including contemporary, lyrical, jazz, kickline, hiphop, tap, ballet, and acro. She has been a part of many classes, obtaining lead roles along the way. These classes include NYPAC company teams as well, starting from petite company all the way to senior xtreme team. Throughout these years, she has learned how to lead and be a role model through protege and assistant teaching with the help of Miss Cyara and Miss Jackie, and all of her amazing teachers. Additionally, she has worked at many NYPAC shows backstage, always willing to help out with the younger dancers. Miss Vanessa is so excited to have the honor of teaching this year and cannot wait to share her love and passion for dance with the younger dancers!
Miss Vanessa has been dancing for 15 years now, from the age of just 3 years old! She has been competing for the last eight years and has performed with many groups, her duet, and her solo. She even had the opportunity to dance at the World Dance Championship several times, along with Beyond the Stars nationals. Recently, in 2025, her hiphop routine placed in the top 5 at Beyond the Stars Nationals Ultimate Challenge. This November, Miss Vanessa has been chosen for an amazing opportunity where she will be performing with her team just before the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall! Miss Vanessa has trained in many different styles over the years, including contemporary, lyrical, jazz, kickline, hiphop, tap, ballet, and acro. She has been a part of many classes, obtaining lead roles along the way. These classes include NYPAC company teams as well, starting from petite company all the way to senior xtreme team. Throughout these years, she has learned how to lead and be a role model through protege and assistant teaching with the help of Miss Cyara and Miss Jackie, and all of her amazing teachers. Additionally, she has worked at many NYPAC shows backstage, always willing to help out with the younger dancers. Miss Vanessa is so excited to have the honor of teaching this year and cannot wait to share her love and passion for dance with the younger dancers!
Miss Julia
Miss Julia has been dancing at NYPAC for 14 years and has been on the competition team for 10 years. She has competed a solo for 9 years, been part of a trio and a duo, and competed in many group dances across all different styles of dance. She had the opportunity to compete at the World Dance Championship where her kickline dance made it to the final five. She has competed many groups at Nationals and has even competed in the Ultimate Challenge. Her commitment, leadership, and strong work ethic have provided her with opportunities to train at prestigious programs, including the Powerpak summer intensive and the CLI Conservatory. She spent the past two summers at CLI training with industry professionals, filming music videos and taking part in professional photoshoots. Beyond her personal accomplishments and experiences, she has consistently been a positive role model, both in and outside the studio. She is deeply passionate about guiding dancers to grow in both skill and confidence. Miss Julia looks forward to sharing her knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for dance to the next generation, creating a positive, encouraging, and inspiring learning environment.

Miss Charlee
Miss Charlee took her first dance class at 3 years old, and returned to her dance journey in 2020 when she joined New York Performing Arts Center. Since then, she has trained extensively in hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, acro, ballet, tap, and jazz, kickline, and heels. She has also competed in these styles through her solos, duets, trios, and group dances. Her dedication and love for dance have given her many exciting opportunities, including performing along Main Street with the Disney Team in 2023, competing numerous times at The World Dance Competition and Beyond the Stars Nationals, and performing the role of the Nutcracker in NYPAC’s 2023 production. Miss Charlee has also been a member of Senior Xtreme and was co-captain for 2 years. One of her most meaningful accomplishments was when she become a teacher at NYPAC last dance season. She has had the opportunity to compete a solo for five years, had the honor to compete a duet for the last two years with her best friend Miss Olivia, and has been a part of the studios longest running quad. Her commitment and work ethic has led her to be able to perform and compete at venues like Lincoln Center, World Dance Championship, Beyond the Stars Nationals, and even making it to the Ultimate Star challenge at Beyond The Stars Nationals with her hip hop, acro, and contemporary dances. This November, Miss Maya has been chosen for a special opportunity where she will be performing with her team just before the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. Hard work and dedication has provided her with opportunities like taking an intensive class with dance mom’s star and professional choreographer, Giannina. For the 2026-2027 dance year, Miss Maya has been honored to be chosen as the Competition Captain recognizing her leadership, sportsmanship and commitment to her team. Miss Maya is trained in hip hop, acro, jazz, heels, contemporary, and kickline. Beyond her own training and experience, she has spent time working with other dancers making sure to be a positive role model for others. Miss Maya has also worked in the office, behind the desk, answering calls and making sure to assist customers when needed. She has performed solos for five years, danced in a duet with her best friend Miss Maya for two years, and has been part of the studio’s longest-running quad. Throughout the years, Miss Olivia has had the opportunity to perform and compete at World Dance Championship, Beyond the Stars Nationals, and participate in the Ultimate Star Challenge. She has also taken an intensive with Dance Moms star and choreographer Gianina. This November, she is excited to perform at Radio City Music Hall before the Rockettes! Miss Olivia is trained in hip hop, acro, jazz, heels, contemporary, and kickline. This season, she is so excited to be participate in the new hiphop production and have one last season with her best friends. Miss Olivia has been a NYPAC protege and assistant teacher, under the direction of Miss Cyara & Miss Jackie for many years.
